Mindfulness is a Way of Living which helps us focus on the NOW. We learn to see what is Good and Positive in our lives. Mindfulness reduces Stress and Anxiety. Mindfulness leads to a greater sense of Well-Being.
Course will be delivered by Gerry Raftery from Personal Milestones. Cost euro50 for six weeks or euro10 per night. Concessions Available.
